Features:
Vertical cutter is used to used to cut product slabs longitudinally
into ropes. The design provides quick and easy changeover of the
slitter head, anvil and other parts when changing from one
bar-pitch to another, meaning downtime is reduced. This process can
be completed safely, easily and quickly by one operator using the
built-in changeover mechanism - in less than 10 minutes.
Horizontal cutter is used to cut preformed ropes to lengths as
required, and can be guillotine type or linear cutting type. All
the blades are specially treated to avoid sticking the materials.
The line mainly includes: syrup cooking,storage,continuous mixing,material double
rolling,flatting,tunnel cooling,longitudinal cutting,bar
separator,guillotine cutting.
The line can also coordinate with chocolate coating machine,which
can produce all kinds of chocolate coated bars.
Processing:Cooking sugar → Mixing → Forming → Cooling → Longitudinal Cutting →
Fanning → Transverse cutting →Enrobing → Cooling → Packing
It has all automatic continue produce technology,high production
