Introduction of Pet Food Production Line
This pet food extruder for sale is specially designed to produce
daily and healthy pet food for all kinds of cats and dogs.
Adopting pre-conditioning system for raw material, it can increase
capacity and reduce power consumption.

At the same time, we focus on palatability and scientific
nutritional proportion, which make pet food more easily digested
and absorbed.

A simple pet food extruder consists of a barrel, helical screws,
and a die (tool to cut and shape food).
Some extruders in the United States also contain a fat distributor,
where the food mixture enters the barrel of the extruder through a
funnel-like structure. Fat is stored in a container where it is
pumped through a heat exchanger and fed through a line connected to
the barrel of the extruder with a valve to prevent backflow of fat.
A metering device connected to this line allows for control of fat
amounts deposited in the mixture.
Pressure is applied by helical screws that is driven by a
motor.Food mixture is shaped through a die when extrusion process
concludes; allowing fly knife to cut extruded feed.
1.The feeder,cutter and main shaft are all controlled with inverter
to ensure smooth running.
2. Wear parts are made of special anti-wear alloy with long service
life.
3. It can also process floating,sinking and slow sinking aqua feed
in small diameter with a high in-shape rate.
4. Equipped with barrel heating system which makes it easy to
control the quality of products.
5. Low malfunction rate and easy to adjust and maintain.
6. It is mainly used to produce aqua feed, pet food, textured
protein and other special feed.
